APPLICATIONS FOR SETA STRATEGY AND RESEARCH INTERNSHIP
•Coordinate interplay between the branch and different departments, management, employees, and different stakeholders
•Handling quite a number ad-hoc duties and assignments as required to guide the normal strategic planning efforts of the organization
•Providing commonplace administrative aid such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and dealing with correspondence
•Schedule meetings and different appointments on behalf of the department
•Ensure that the branch adheres to all organisational deadlines
•Supporting assignment managers in organizing meetings, monitoring task milestones, and making sure time limits are met
•Answer calls and manage enquiries as some distance as possible
•Ensure environment friendly administration inside the department
•Process journey related archives for the department
•Develop and hold a submitting system
•Keep facts in very own place of work confidential
•Collate all departmental assembly minutes
•Provide help with departmental assembly agenda compilation and distribution thereof
Requirements
•National Senior Certificate or equal certification, at a minimal NQF 4
•National Diploma or equal qualification (NQF 6) in Internal Audit, Business Administration or Public Administration or Public Management or Monitoring and Evaluation or a social sciences lookup qualification
