Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess qualifications and experience relevant to professional hospitality training.
The college requires applicants to have:
- A Hospitality or Chef qualification higher than NQF Level 4.
- Knowledge of learnerships and unit standard-based skills programmes.
- An Assessor Certificate.
- A Teaching Qualification such as a PGCE or Diploma in Education.
- At least one year of facilitation or teaching experience.
- A valid South African driver’s licence.
- The ability to travel when required.
Candidates who also hold a Moderator Certificate may have an added advantage during the recruitment process.
